b. EdPal does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

a. EdPal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the App.
b. In no event shall EdPal's total liability exceed the amount paid by the user, if any, for accessing or using the App.

a. EdPal is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data provided within the App, including but not limited to university information, program details, or recommendations.
b. Users acknowledge that any decisions made based on information obtained from the App are their sole responsibility, and EdPal shall not be held liable for any outcomes resulting from those decisions.
